Does my facility qualify for a "No Exposure" Certification?

Your facility qualifys for a "No Exposure" Certification if:

1. The facility's Standard Industrial Classificaiton (SIC) Code is regulated in 40 CFR 122.26(b)(14) [except for 40 CFR 122.26(b)(14)(x)].

2. All of your industrial materials and activities are protected by a storm resistant shelter and not exposed to any storm water.

3. You submit a complete CWB-NPDES "No Exposure" Certification Form.

The CWB-NPDES "No Exposure" Certification Form is applicable to industrial activities as defined in 40 CFR 122.26(b)(14) [except 40 CFR 122.26(b)(14)(x) for construction activities] with no exposure of industrial materials and activities to storm water, including storm water runoff.
