Welcome to the Hawaii Department of Health-Clean Air Branch (DOH-CAB) State and Local Emissions Inventory System (SLEIS), a web-based application that allows permitted facilities to compile and submit point source emissions inventory data in accordance with regulatory reporting. After the emissions inventory data is received, the SLEIS application is used by DOH-CAB to review and submit the data to the Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) Emissions Inventory System (EIS). For additional information on SLEIS, please visit the SLEIS product website.
